Background

He graduated from Saratov State Technical University in 1993 with a PHS degree (cum laude).

He has a higher education in technosphere safety (fire safety), Saratov State Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov in 2016 (diploma with honors);

Graduated from Saratov State Academy of Law in 2019 (jurisprudence).

He began his career as a foreman, foreman of industrial and civil facilities. In 1997, he began his state civil service.

From 2006 to 2014, he worked as a supervisor and was an expert at the Saratov Regional Center for Expertise in Construction, a state autonomous institution.

From 2014 to the present, he has been working at Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.

He is an expert in fire safety, as well as in design solutions.

He has prepared more than 50 scientific publications (fire safety, energy conservation, information modeling, investments in construction), developed 58 standards of expert activity, and issued 2 patents for inventions related to the evacuation of people from high-rise buildings.
