Background

Appointed to the post of Deputy Minister by Decree of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region dated December 29, 2016 No. 852-UG.

Oversees the implementation of the state program for the development of housing and communal services and energy efficiency improvement in the Sverdlovsk region.

Since 1994, he worked as deputy head of the administration of the Mezen Village Council, headed the Municipal Institution "Rural Territory Management". In 1999, he was appointed Deputy Head of the municipal formation "City of Zarechny" for urban development.

From 2000 to 2003, he worked as the head of the Technical Department of the Beloyarsk NPP Capital Construction Department.

From 2003 to 2012, he was twice elected Head of the Zarechny urban district.

From 2012 to 2014, he worked as Deputy Minister of Energy and Housing of the Sverdlovsk Region.

From 2014 to 2016, he supervised the construction of a number of large nuclear energy facilities in the Ural-Siberian region.
