Background

In 1972 he graduated from the VIPTSH of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. From 1977 to 1989, he worked at VNIIPO in the department of ensuring human safety in case of fire. Participated in the development of regulatory documents and standards for testing building materials and structures. I have been teaching the discipline "Buildings, structures and their fire resistance" for more than 27 years. I am the head of the scientific department for ensuring fire safety of translucent structures of buildings and structures. He has trained 2 candidates of technical sciences in this field. 97 papers have been published. An expert in the certification of building materials, structures and fire protection equipment for building structures.
