Background

In 2006, he graduated from the Kazakh Agrarian University named after S.Seifullin with a degree in "Power supply to industrial enterprises", qualification "engineer".

In 2015, he graduated from the Kokshe Academy with a degree in Law and a Bachelor of Law degree.

Since 2006, he has been working in design organizations.

From 2009 to 2012, he held the positions of a specialist, a leading specialist in the Methodology and information support department of RSE Gosexpertiza.

From 2012 to 2015, he was a leading specialist, and later head of the department for work with branches of the RSE Gosexpertiza.

From 2015 to 2016, he was the head of the Methodology Department of the RSE Gosexpertiza.

From 2016 to 2017, he worked as Deputy Director of the branch for the Northern region of RSE Gosexpertiza.

In 2017, he held the position of Head of the Methodology Department of the RSE Gosexpertiza.

From 2017 to 2021, he worked as Deputy General Director of Gosexpertiza for Information Technology.

Since 2021, he has held the position of General Director of RSE Gosexpertiza.
