Background
He graduated from Ural Federal University with a degree in Information Systems and Technologies.
Immediately after university, he joined SKB Kontur as a system administrator in the information security department. In 2012, he became the head of the department's administration group. In 2014, he became the project manager of the SKB Kontur Certification Center, which issues and maintains electronic signature key certificates.
Since September 2019, he has been the head of the Certification Center. Currently, Sergey oversees the production processes of the Management Center, including the launch and development of products, the operation of the center's infrastructure, and work with technology partners.
