
Denis Karpov
Background
He graduated in absentia from the Northwestern Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in law. He studied full-time at Ivanovo State University (economist, translator).
Candidate of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.10 "Finance. Monetary circulation. Credit" (face-to-face).
He was awarded a scholarship by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2002.
He completed a 5-month internship at the Higher Business School of Copenhagen.
Since 2002, he has held senior positions in commercial structures as a Financial Director.
Since 2014, he has been working in institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation: for a year he held the position of Deputy Director for Financial Affairs at the Central Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, and since 2015 he became Deputy Director for Innovation.
Currently, he is the head of the Research and Development Coordination Center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Scientific Research Institute of Building Physics of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences" (NIISF RAASN).
