Background

Candidate of Technical Sciences, metallurgical Engineer, Ural State Technical University - UPI, Yekaterinburg. Additionally– he holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Ural State University of Economics.

She held senior positions in the non-profit partnership Union of Enterprises of the Metallurgical Complex of the Sverdlovsk region. Currently, at the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, he oversees issues related to social and labor relations, social partnership, interaction with trade unions and government authorities, vocational education and corporate social responsibility.

He has experience in HR management, in the implementation of personnel assessment and optimization programs, in the creation of corporate culture policy, its implementation and adjustment.

Currently, he is the supervisor responsible for the implementation of a pilot project to introduce elements of the National System of Professional Qualifications in the Sverdlovsk region. He is an expert in conducting professional and public accreditation of educational programs (no. E/0010) Member of the Council for Professional Qualifications of the Financial Market, Associate Professor of the Department of Labor Economics and Personnel Management at the Ural State University of Economics.
