Background

In 1998, he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute (State Academy) with a degree in Architecture. He began his career in the construction industry as a draftsman and designer in 1989. Since 1999, he has worked in the Moscow Architecture system, in the GUP "NI and PI General Plan of Moscow", GUP "GlavAPU" and GAU "NI and PI Gradplan of the city of Moscow" (now the FAA "Unified Institute of Spatial Planning of the Russian Federation"). He provides direct guidance on the development of a comprehensive urban planning analysis of a number of urban areas and the development of projects for the planning of territories and concepts of renovation blocks, projects for the planning of territories of transport hubs and linear facilities.

He was awarded the Moscow Architecture Commendation in 2009, and a Letter of Appreciation from the Russian Ministry of Construction in 2022.
