Johan Zischka has been the head of the company almost since the beginning of his work in it. He was the driving force behind many important initiatives, such as entering new markets or expanding the production portfolio.
His entire professional career is connected with the company, where he joined after graduating from the Technical University of Vienna with a degree in civil engineering. Here, Johan Zischka gained extensive experience in the field of steel structures on a wide range of projects. This creates a solid foundation for the continuous development of the company's competencies, for example, in the field of complex geometry or in working with new materials. Johan Zischka led such extraordinary projects as the construction of the Reichstag Dome in Berlin, the Great Courtyard of the British Museum, the St. Mary's Ex 30 skyscraper, the grid cascade structure of the Yas Marina Hotel and the Leaning Tower in Abu Dhabi, and the new terminal of the international airport in Baku.
Johan Zischka is a frequent guest lecturer at leading international events such as theGlassProcessingDays, and is also a member of the Board of the Austrian Steel Construction Association.
