Joakim Rank-Vaiden

Background

Based at the worldwide headquarters of Christie's Auction house in London, Joakim manages all the activities of the Christie's international real estate division in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During his 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle in Stockholm, Frankfurt and London, he held the position of manager for large international clients - a number of multinational corporations, and also worked as an investment strategist and investment consultant for several institutional investors in relation to their conclusion of large international purchase / sale transactions.

Before joining Christie's in 2004, Joakim Rank-Weiden led the work of Deloitte's Real estate advisory department in the Northern region, with offices in London and Copenhagen. Joakim's international career has been going on for 20 years now, and he has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate.
