Background

Licensed architect, official expert of All-Russian competitions Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, expert of the All-Russian Council of Local Self-Government under the Federation Council, member of the permanent specialized commission on projects "Housing and Urban Environment", "Small Towns and Historical settlements", "Safe and high-quality highways", "Ecology" of the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government under the Federation Council, member The Union of Architects of Russia.

Since 2019, he has been working as the head of the Urban Environment Design Workshop at the Moscow Masterplan Institute.
