In 1997, he graduated from the I.N. Ulyanov Moscow State University, and has been working at NIIZHB for more than 20 years. During this time, he performed a wide range of engineering tasks.:

• conducting a survey of buildings and structures;
• construction support, strength and quality control of railway structures;
• project expertise;
• performing verification calculations of building structures;
• testing of building structures;
• development of reinforcement projects;
• participation in the development of standards (SRT, GOST, etc.).

Participated in a number of works at unique facilities in Russia and the city of Moscow (including Moscow City, Lakhta Center, Bridge to Russian Island, Novovoronezh NPP, Kuban and Votkinskaya HPPs, etc.).

He has more than 20 published scientific papers.
