Background
Igor Ivanovich began his professional career in elevators back in 1984 as an ordinary installer at Uzbekliftmontazh. In 1992, he moved to Chelyabinsk with his family and worked (as an installer, foreman, foreman, head of vocational training) at SOYUZLIFTMONTAZH until 1996, when he was appointed CEO, which he still is. Over the years, more than 10,000 elevators of varying complexity have been installed throughout Russia. In the noughties, the idea of creating an elevator factory was born, and already in 2011 it was opened. This year, the plant celebrated its 12th anniversary and in this short period of time has reached great heights in quality and created a wide range of products.
