Background

He graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute's Faculty of Civil Engineering in 1973. He also graduated from the graduate school of the UPI in 1978.

He has been engaged in educational and scientific work since 1973, and has more than 45 years of teaching experience.

For three years (1980-1983) he served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering for Science.

For 12 years (1983-1995) he was an associate professor at the Department of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation. For four years he was an associate professor at the National Institute of Light Industry in Algeria.

From 1995 to 1998, he worked as the head of the unified customer service of the Administration of the Zheleznodorozhny District of Yekaterinburg.

From 1998 to 2004, he was Chairman of the Housing and Communal Services Committee and head of the municipal housing fund management agency.

For ten years (2004-2014) he worked as the chief engineer of the management company for the management and operation of the housing fund.

For more than eight years, he has been an associate professor at the Department of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation. He is the co-author of the textbook "Energy Saving in Housing and Communal Services", as well as the textbook "Effective local ventilation devices at industrial facilities".
