After graduating from MISI, Alexander Vasilyevich Ishin's entire career was connected with the construction industry and the Moscow Construction Complex.:

  • From 1982 to 1990, he worked at the Centrotechnomontazh trust of the USSR Ministry of Montazhspetsstroy.
  • From 1990 to 1994, he was the director of the small industrial and construction enterprise "Business Partner".
  • From 1995 to 2003– he was the General Director of ZAO AKADEMSTROY Production Association, Executive Director of ZAO REMZHILSTROY Production Association, specializing in the organization of construction and installation work in Moscow and the Moscow Region, and control over the performance of work at budget financing facilities.
  • In the period from 2003 to 2010, he worked as the first deputy director, and then as the director of the Moscow branch of the Federal State Institution "Federal Licensing Center at Rosstroy" ("Mosstroylicence").
  • Since 2010, Alexander Vasilyevich has been the President of the Metropolitan Construction Association, a member of NOSTRA, the Council of NOPROZ, and the coordinator of the NOSTROI Association for the city of Moscow.

Doctor of Economics, author of more than 20 publications in various fields of professional activity. The author of the methodology for the formation of standard training programs for advanced training in construction professions.

He heads the Council for Professional Qualifications in Construction, dealing with issues of improving the quality of vocational education in the industry.
