The company is a leading cement producer in the Ural Federal District and implements the most modern management methods: Eliot Jacks methods of Proper organization, lean manufacturing approaches, and an effective sales system.

SLK Cement has implemented a number of major modernization projects in recent years: the construction of three new electrostatic precipitators in Sukhoi Log, the construction of a new cement mill and a shipping terminal in Korkino, an increase in the company's fleet of railway cars by 2 times, the installation of a separator at cement mill number 5 in Sukhoi Log, and others.

Prior to joining SLK Cement in 2016, he was the head of sales and marketing at the SVEZA Group (a Russian plywood manufacturing company).
