Background
Architect, urban planner. An expert in the field of urban planning and the formation of strategies for the development of cities and agglomerations.
Since 2004, he has been the founder of the architectural and urban planning company Yauzaproekt.
Ilya Zalivukhin has repeatedly participated as an expert in the development of regional development strategies. In 2012, he participated in the International Competition for the development of the Concept of the Moscow Agglomeration.
Ilya Zalivukhin performed at the International Architecture Festivals of Architecture in 2015 as the curator of the Interdisciplinary study "Anatomy of the City. Moscow agglomeration". In 2016, he presented the project "Spatial model of an efficient city".
In 2018, he served as the curator of the comprehensive study "RE-agglomeration. The development strategy of Greater Moscow".
With his participation, complex projects for the development of the cities of Mineralnye Vody, Kaluga, Obninsk, Naro-Fominsk, Odintsovo, Kislovodsk, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Cherepovets, St. Petersburg, and Moscow were developed.
In 2019, he participated in the Moscow Urban Forum as moderator of the session "Moscow and the Moscow Region. How to balance the spatial structure of an agglomeration".
