Graduated from Kazan Civil Engineering Institute in 1976, engineer, "Industrial and Civil Engineering".
In 1984 he defended his PhD thesis.
1984-1996 — Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor, Head of the Department of the Ivanovo Institute of Physics and Technology (ISA).
He defended his doctoral thesis in 1993.
1996 — 1999 — Professor of KGASU (KazGASU).
From 1999 to the present — Head of the Department of Foundations, Foundations, Dynamics of Structures and Engineering Geology of KazGASU.
Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, member of the ROMGGiF Presidium, member of ISSMGE, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education.
