Igor Manylov

Background

From 1991 to 1998, he worked in the financial sector, headed the Center for Economic and Financial Expertise CJSC. In 1998, he became the Head of the Civil Legislation Department and the Civil Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

From 2000 to 2008, he was Chief of Staff of the State Duma Committee on Legislation and Chief of Staff of the State Duma Committee on Civil, Criminal, Arbitration and Procedural Legislation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

In 2008, he was appointed State Secretary-Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in 2012 — First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

Since January 16, 2015, he has been the head of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.

I.E.Manylov's work was awarded with Commendations from the President of the Russian Federation and Honorary Diplomas from the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

He is a member of the reserve of managerial personnel under the patronage of the President of Russia.
