Background
He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky with a degree in Mechanics.
From 1992 to 2011, he worked at the Volgograd State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, where he held the positions of assistant, Associate Professor, Professor, Head of the Department of Information Systems and Mathematical Modeling and Vice-rector (to the present).
From 2011 to 2020, he held the positions of Head of the Department of Educational Policy, Head of the Department of Information Technology in Continuing Education, and Vice-Rector at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
Today he holds the position of vice-rector at NRU MGSU.
