Background
Amir Idiatulin is a founder and CEO of the IND architectural bureau, a member of the Union of Architects of Russia (the Union of Moscow Architects), a member of ISOCARP (International Society of City and Regional Planners). In 2008, at the age of 26, he created the IND bureau. Today the bureau has more than 300 professionals from various fields. IND’s headquarters are located in Moscow, with branches in St. Petersburg, Tashkent and Dubai. IND is one of the best architectural bureaus in Russia according to Forbes Russia (2023). It focuses on public, commercial and residential building designs, as well as educational and light industrial facilities. The bureau also creates master plans and strategies for the city development and the improvement of the territories and recreational areas in Russia and abroad. IND’s portfolio includes more than 150 projects of various typologies. Amir Idiatulin is a winner of many international and Russian awards, including the Architectural Award of Moscow-2024 for the project of Technopark of creative industries “Gustav” and the most prestigious world award in the field of architecture WAF-2024 in the category The Best Future Culture Project for the creative cluster in Riyadh.
