Background

He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Central Asian Polytechnic Institute in Tashkent (1955-1960).

Engineer, senior engineer, junior and senior researcher at the Institute "Tashniep" Gosgrazhdanstroy of the USSR (1960-1965).

He studied and completed postgraduate studies at the Scientific Research Institute of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete of the USSR State Construction Committee in Moscow (1965-1969).

Chief specialist of the Institute "Rosgiproselkhozstroy" in Moscow (1970).

Senior Researcher, Scientific Secretary of the Institute, Head of the Earthquake-resistant Structures Department of UzLITTI CJSC (former TASHNIEP), Head of the Earthquake-resistant Construction Department of Toshuizheiliti JSC (1970-2018).

Laureate of the USSR Council of Ministers Award for the development and implementation of methods for restoring and improving the earthquake resistance of buildings (1987).

He has government awards. The author of the standards of Uzbekistan on design in seismic areas KMK 2.01.03-96.
