Arsen Khairov
Background
He graduated from KGASU with a degree in Architectural Engineering.
From 2012 to 2013, he worked at MOSINZHPROEKT JSC as a specialist of the 3rd category, participated in the development of spatial planning solutions for the projected Kozhukhovskaya line of the Moscow Metro.
From 2013 to 2014, he worked at MOSINZHPROEKT JSC as a category 2 architect, where he developed architectural solutions for the Ferghanskaya and Stakhanovskaya stations, and also participated in the development of volumetric planning solutions for the Rudnevo depot.
From 2014 to 2015, he held the position of a category 1 architect at MOSINZHPROEKT JSC, where he led the Kaluzhskaya and Zyuzino facilities, the projected Third Interchange Circuit of the Moscow Metro, developed spatial planning and architectural solutions, coordinated the Moscow Architecture Department, as well as the Directorate of the Metro under Construction with metro services.
From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a category 1 architect at MOSPROMPROEKT OJSC, where he developed spatial planning and architectural solutions, participated in the passage of the IGE of KZHL stations.
In 2017, he held the position of lead architect at BUSTREN RM, led such facilities as Mozhaiskaya and Terekhovo, the projected Third Interchange Circuit of the Moscow Metro.
From 2017 to 2018, he worked as a leading architect at the Beijing Corporation for the Design and Development of Urban Construction UCD, where he led the Prospekt Vernadskogo metro project.
Since 2018, he has been the co-founder and CEO of the architectural bureau HEADS Group.
