Background

He graduated from the Physics Department of Kazan State University.

He graduated from the Economics Department of the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology.

He completed postgraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

He is a candidate of Physico-mathematical Sciences.

From 1977 to 1994 he held engineering and management positions at the Research Institute of Physical Problems in Moscow.

From 1995 to 1998, he held the position of Head of the Investment and Analytical Department of the Research Institute of Molecular Electronics and the Micron Plant.

From 1998 to 2009, he headed the sales department of identification products at ORGAN Zelenograd CJSC.

From 2010 to 2011, he was involved in project management at Pik Systems LLC.

Since 2011, he has held senior positions at the enterprises of the Milander Group of Companies, and since January 2022, he has held the position of Deputy General Director of Milur Intelligent Systems LLC.
