Background
Graduated from Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky. Specialty is a physicist. He worked in the system of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 1986, he defended his PhD thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Physico-mathematical Sciences. Then he worked in the field of information technology, headed the laboratory for the development of geographic information systems. Currently, he is an associate professor at the Department of Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture, a leading employee of the Department of e–learning courses.
Author of 70 publications, I have 12 intellectual property certificates. The citation index is 5. He is a laureate of many scientific and research competitions.
