Sergei Gureyev

Background

In 2000, he graduated from Rostov State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in industrial and civil engineering, civil engineer. 9 years later, he graduated from the IBDA Academy of National Economy under the President of the Russian Federation, with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Company Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA). A year later, in 2010, in Shakhty, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the South Russian State University of Economics and Service.

Since 2012, he has been Deputy Head of the Administration of Belaya Kalitva, Rostov region, for two years.

In 2014, he became CEO of Stroynovatsiya Rotterdam B.V. He was involved in the preparation for the implementation of the Europoort West Tank Terminal project (Europoort West Tank Farm) in the Port of Rotterdam (Netherlands)

From 2015 to the present, he has been the Head of the Capital Construction Department of the Gazprom Neft Procurement and Capital Construction Directorate. He is engaged in the support of the Company's capital construction processes
