He started his career in 2005 at the General Directorate of Uralsvyazinform (later Rostelecom).

In 2011, he joined the government of the Sverdlovsk region. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as Deputy Head, Head of the Expert Department of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.

In 2013 – 2016, he was an adviser to the Chairman of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region.

From 2016 to 2018, he served as Deputy Head of the Administration of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.

In April 2019, he was appointed Assistant to the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District.

He teaches at the Department of State and Municipal Management of the Ural Institute, a branch of the RANEPA, as well as at the UrFU Higher School of Economics and Management.
