- 1982-2010 – Chief Architect of the Sverdlovsk Region, Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning, First Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Sverdlovsk Region,
- From 2010 to the present, he worked at the UralNIIproekt Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Chief Urban Planner), Professor at UralGAKH.
Author of more than 60 urban planning and architectural projects.
