Veniamin Golubitsky

Background

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, specialty "Jurisprudence", Candidate of Law.

Since July 2007, he has been President of KORTROS Group of Companies. Prior to his career in the construction industry, he worked for 9 years in government agencies of the Sverdlovsk region.

In 2003-2005– he was the head of the Administration of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.

Other positions in government bodies: Deputy (then First Deputy) Chairman of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region – Minister for State Property Management of the Sverdlovsk Region, Deputy of the Regional Duma, Head of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget, Finance and Taxes.

He was engaged in scientific activity, worked his way up from a postgraduate student at the Department of Administrative Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University to head of the Department of Law at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
