Marina Gnilokvas

Background

From 2010 to 2014, she was the Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs of JSC "Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals". During the same period, she successfully established legal support in Ural Exhibition Center LLC and the Titanium Valley SEZ.

In 2014, she joined Specialized Developer Sinara-Development LLC (the developer is part of the Sinara Group Holding company).

Marina Gnilokvas heads the Department, whose tasks include legal support of investment projects and registration of corporate decisions of the group of companies included in the divisional holding Sinara-Development. 

He has extensive experience in supporting transactions for the acquisition of real estate rights, legal support for construction and reconstruction projects (including cultural heritage sites).

He is the winner of the corporate project "Management Team" for training the personnel reserve of the Sinara Group.

In 2021, she was certified as a business coach by Sinara Group JSC.

He has experience teaching the discipline "Business Law". He is the author of a number of publications on corporate law issues.

He has extensive experience in public speaking at Russian business events.
