Anton Glushkov
Background
Candidate of Economic Sciences.
In 2000, he graduated from the Economics Department of Krasnoyarsk State University.
In 2002, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Krasnoyarsk State University.
In 2017, he graduated from the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University with a degree in Construction Production Organizer.
He started his professional career in 1999 as an auditor at the Social Insurance Fund.
In 2000, he became a researcher and lawyer for regulatory support at the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources.
Since 2003, he has held the position of Director of Development at Kulbytstroy CJSC, one of the largest construction companies in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Siberia.
He was directly involved in the formation of the Institute of self-regulation of the construction industry.
Since 2009, he has been a member of the Board of NOSTRA.
From 2012 to 2019, he headed the NOSTRA Expert Council on improving legislation in the construction sector.
In 2019, he was elected President of NOSTRA, and in 2024, he was re—elected President of NOSTRA.
