Sergei Gladkov

Background

After graduating with honors from the Moscow Machine Tool Institute in 1984, he worked for 10 years at the Metallist plant in Serpukhov, where he worked his way up from an engineering technologist at a tool shop to a chief technologist for the production of household electrical appliances.

In 1994, he founded the SAZI company with a partner, of which he has been the CEO from day one to the present. Under his leadership, the company has become a leading Russian manufacturer of sealing materials.

Currently, SAZI is a group of companies that includes two factories and a research center.

He is an active participant in a number of professional associations, including NOPSM, NOKS, and NOSY.

The company is a member of TC 144, TC 041, and TC 465, TC 400, and TC 393 associations.

He is the author of several inventions protected by patents.
