Gizyatullin graduated from Orenburg State University with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering (Bachelor's degree, 2016), the National Research University of Moscow State University of Economics with a degree in the same field (Master's degree, 2018), as well as postgraduate studies at JSC SIC "Construction" with a degree in "Building Structures, Buildings and Structures."

Since 2016, he has been working at the V.A. Kucherenko Central Research Institute, starting his professional career as an engineer at the laboratory of earthquake-resistant structures and innovative methods of seismic protection. Since 2025, he has been Deputy Head of the Department for Earthquake Resistance Research. Academic Advisor of the Russian Academy of Engineering.

Scientific and professional activities are related to ensuring the reliability and mechanical safety of buildings and structures in seismically active areas, including unique, technically complex and especially responsible facilities.

Main research interests: dynamics and seismic resistance of structures, seismic insulation and seismic reaction control systems, finite element modeling, static and dynamic tests, field studies and monitoring of buildings, data analysis, application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in problems of structural mechanics and earthquake-resistant construction.
