Background

He graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of the D.I. Mendeleev State University of Chemical Technology with a degree in computer-aided design systems.

At the age of 23, he received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

From 1993 to 1995, he was engaged in scientific projects with the Danish Technical University.

In 2003, he received a diploma in Investment Development after completing courses at the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

In 2005, he received a CCIM degree from the Chicago Institute of Commercial Real Estate Investment.

Mikhail Getz is a recognized expert in the Russian real estate market with more than 30 years of experience in consulting, investment and development.
