Background

Georges Binde is a regional representative of the CTBUH in Belgium, winner of the title "Honored Worker of the CTBUH", Executive Director of the research and consulting company Buildings & Data.

Binde graduated from the Faculty of Marketing at the Higher School of Economics (EPHEC, Brussels). In 1992, he founded Buildings & Data, a company specializing in research and marketing of companies in the field of development and architecture. The company's unique archives include exclusive information about real estate properties since 1975. Binde's Architectural Library is a source of special pride, with more than 2,500 books, booklets, and technical brochures. A significant part of the materials covers high-rise construction. Binde's clients include 14 laureates of the high international award MIPIMAwards.

Mr. Binde is the author of numerous analytical bestsellers on high–rise construction, the most famous of which is "101 Tallest Skyscrapers" (2006), which is currently being prepared for republication.
