Background

He developed the strategic project "Preservation of cultural heritage sites of the city of Yekaterinburg for 2012-2020", and in order to implement it, municipal programs for the preservation of cultural heritage sites in municipal ownership until 2020. With his direct participation, 11 cultural heritage monuments were identified and placed under state protection in Yekaterinburg.

In order to preserve cultural heritage sites, over the past three years alone, the institution he heads has carried out repair and restoration work on 14 monuments, including the Yekaterinburg Museum of Fine Arts, UZTM Kitchen Factory, Blokhina House, City Council House No. 5, Visa Recreation Center and developed design and estimate documentation for work on 36 sites.

He is an active popularizer of Yekaterinburg's cultural heritage.
