Background
In 1983 he graduated from the Kazan Aviation Institute.
From 1985 to 1994, he worked as a technologist, as well as head of the technical bureau and deputy head of the workshop at the plant. Kalinina (Yekaterinburg)
A year later, he became the director of the Ural Chamber of Realtors LLP, the first real estate association in the Urals. He took the position on a competitive basis
From 1995 to the present, he has been the Executive Director and Vice President of the Ural Chamber of Real Estate Non-Profit Partnership.
Until 2014, he was a member of the Board of the Russian Guild of Realtors, and from 2016 to 2018, he was Executive Vice President of the Russian Guild of Realtors (concurrently)
