Evgeniy Galaburda

Background

1988-1996 – after graduation, military service in the construction troops of the Federal Directorate of Special Construction "Spetsstroy of Russia". He worked his way up from lieutenant to major, in positions from lead architect to chief architect of projects.

- 1995 – participated in the restoration of Grozny.

After his retirement, he became the chief architect of projects in various architectural bureaus in Moscow.:

- 2000-2006 - Viks-Ts CJSC: construction, commissioning and work as the chief architect at the Zapadny Shopping Center in Moscow.

- 2006-2009 - Moscow branch of the British bureau AukettFitzroyRobinsonInternational, designed a 28-storey Class A Office and shopping center, Krasnodar.

- 2013-2016 - design and construction company SignyGroup, designed and built facilities:

• Skolkovo Technopark, Moscow.
• Residential development of Skolkovo. Neighborhoods 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7, Status: the facilities have been put into operation.

- 2016-2019 - architectural bureau UNKProject, objects:

• LCD "Symbol", Moscow.
• Reconstruction of the building of the Actor Gallery shopping and business center, Moscow.
• Reconstruction of the hotel "Metropol", Moscow.
• Architectural and urban planning concept for the development of the Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye territory, Moscow (jointly with the Japanese Nikken Sekkei bureau).

During his professional career, he participated in the design and construction of complex and unique facilities located in Moscow, the Moscow region, Krasnodar, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sochi, Sevastopol and other Russian cities.

The national register of Specialists has the number P-051441.

Since November 2019, he has been working in the Metropolis team, where he is currently the chief architect of the project at the Academy of Choreography in Sevastopol.
