
Anton Finogenov
Background
Anton Finogenov has been appointed Deputy General Director of the DOM.RF Foundation. He is tasked with overseeing the Urban Environment area and all the Foundation's projects.
Before coming to the HOUSE.Anton Finogenov worked as the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activities of the Leningrad Region and Director of the Urbanika Institute of Territorial Planning, which he founded in 2010. Finogenov is also the deputy head of the Committee on Architecture and Urbanism of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers, and served as an expert on urban development at Rosatom State Corporation.

Anton Finogenov graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Economic, Social and Political Geography. He received additional education at the RANEPA (Master of Public Administration). Among the key achievements are the support of major investment projects in the Leningrad Region (2.3 trillion rubles of investments), the updating of the region's socio-economic Development Strategy and the introduction of a system of strategic maps for the implementation of project directions, the creation of master plans and urban development concepts for Russian cities.
