Denis Filippov

Background

Denis Sergeevich Filippov was born on September 21, 1976 in Saratov. In 1997 he graduated from Saratov State University named after N. G. Chernyshevsky (Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics). From 1997 to 1999, he studied at the postgraduate school of the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, after which he defended his scientific dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Physico–mathematical Sciences. In 2000, he completed a course in financial management, marketing, accounting and strategic management at the Swedish Institute of Management. In 2002, he received the diploma of the Federal Financial Rehabilitation Service of Russia "Professional Crisis Manager". 

D. S. Filippov was at the origin of the creation of the Saratov Region Mortgage Corporation, and since September 2005 he has been the General Director of IKSO OJSC. He made a significant contribution to the development of mortgage lending in the Saratov region. He is one of the initiators of the implementation of a program to stimulate developers and credit the primary housing market.

From 2016 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy General Director of DOM.RF.
