Philip Nikandrov
Background
Philip Nikandrov is one of the visionaries in the field of high—rise construction. His works are a synthesis of contextualism and minimalism, where simple forms give rise to expressive and meaningful images.
Joined in 1997. Philip joined the team of the international architectural company RMJM and worked as an author and chief architect on a number of the company's most prestigious orders in offices in the UK, the Middle East and Of Russia. In 2011, after completing his
Among the implemented projects are the Lakhta Center and Evolution skyscrapers in Moscow City, the urban ensemble with Sensorium Hall, and the Ostrov 2 bionic residential quarter. Nikandrov is the author of ideological architectural metaphors, symbols inscribed in the silhouette of the city. He knows how to inspire teams and speak to the customer in the language of the future. His new projects include the award—winning residential skyscraper Event 4 with sky bridges and parks, and the futuristic multifunctional complex Rodina Peredelkino, winner of the Moscow Architectural Prize 2025.
Nikandrov is a participant in the UNESCO, CTBUH, Forum 100+, Skyscrapers Asia Summit forums, and a permanent member of the jury of professional awards in the field of real estate and architecture.
