Evgeny Arnoldovich Voznesensky (b. January 13, 1960, Moscow, USSR) — Soviet and Russian geological engineer, scientist and figure of Russian higher education, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences (2000), Professor, Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2025).
Director of the Sergeev Institute of Geoecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (since 2021), Professor of the Department of Engineering and Environmental Geology, Faculty of Geology, Lomonosov Moscow State University (since 2001).
President of the Okhotsk Society of Soil Scientists (since 2019). Vice President of the International Association for Engineering Geology and the Environment (IAEG) for Europe (2019-2022)[3]. Member of the Russian Society for Soil Mechanics, Geotechnics and Foundation Engineering (ROMGGiF).
