Evgeny Teslya

Background

He graduated from St. Petersburg State Maritime Technical University with honors.

From 2000 to 2006, he worked as a leading specialist at the Electroautomatics Design Bureau.

From 2006 to 2017, he worked at the BUREAU OF TECHNOLOGY Group of Companies, where he began his career as a leading specialist in the field of energy efficiency. In 2009, he became a project manager in the energy efficiency sector. Since 2011, he has been in charge of the company's division certifying facilities for international energy efficiency systems - LEED, BREEAM, and energy cost modeling of facilities. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy General Director of the BUREAU of TECHNOLOGY Group of Companies.

Since 2018, he has been CEO of ESTGroup and holds the post of Chairman of the Committee of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers (RGUD) on Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development.
