Background

Higher Technical Education, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus.

He worked in the fire department, after completing his studies, he worked for 22 years at VNIIPO (up to deputy head of the Institute), then for 5 years he was the head of the Academy of GPS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

Currently, he works at the Federal Chamber of Commerce and is the CEO of Hephaestus Group, specializing in fire safety in the design of residential, public, and industrial facilities.
