Elena Shuvalov

Background

She graduated from the Moscow University of Economics, Statistics and Computer Science and completed postgraduate studies in economic theory. Completed a summer internship at the Austrian School of Economics - Mises University – 2015 in Auburn (Alabama, USA).

Since 2008, he has been a Regional Representative of the CTBUH in Russia, contributing in every possible way to the dissemination of information on high-rise construction and the establishment of horizontal professional relations at the international level. She was the organizer of the international conference "Moscow is gaining height" (2008, Moscow) and the "Days of High-rise Construction" in 2011 and 2013. (Moscow). Member of the Organizing Committee of the CTBUH International Conference in Seoul (2011). Speaker of the CTBUH International Conferences in 2010. (Seoul), in 2011. (Seoul), in 2015. (New York). Member of the International Editorial Board of the International Scientific and Technical Journal on High-Rise Construction. He is the author of more than 450 publications on economics in Russian and English.

Since 2014, he has been compiling and maintaining a register of the 101 tallest buildings in Russia.
