Elena Belova

Background

She started her career in marketing and advertising in 2004 at a full-service advertising agency. Since 2006, she has worked as the head of Marketing, advertising and PR at the investment and construction company Otdelstroy, responsible for launching one of the first projects of integrated development of territories, Novy Okkerville. Since 2010, she started working at IntiLED, a manufacturer of LED equipment, as Director of Development. He is an expert in the Energy Efficiency and Lighting Quality section of the Advisory Council under the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Energy.
