Background

1970: graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Cluj, Romania, specialty – civil engineer.

1993: PhD, specialty – civil engineering.

He is currently a Professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and teaches seismology in construction.

She has also participated in more than 27 studies as a supervisor and/or member of a research group.

He is the initiator and curator of more than 20 projects of the LLP Erasmus program in the EU.

In 2012-2015, she collaborated with the University of degli Studi di l'Aquila (Italy) on the programs "mathematical modeling" and "earthquake modeling".

In 2015, she taught a course on seismic engineering at the University of Coruna, Spain. She was the coordinator of 8 projects at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, funded by the EU Commission. She was also the Deputy Director of the International Relations Department in 2004-2012.
