John is involved in every step of the development process, fully immersing himself in the concept and design process. John has been working as Benoy's director for a long time, inspiring his team, and believes that architecture should creatively unite communities, bring in a fresh identity, and at the same time preserve the heritage of a place. John believes that every project should be "appropriate" and should take into account the peculiarities of culture and place.
John's work covers many projects around the world, including in Central and South Asia, Africa, the Middle East, South America and other countries.
