In 2023, he graduated with honors from the Ural State Law University, in 2025 from the Higher School of Economics Master's degree in public law, now a graduate student at the Higher School of Economics (dissertation on the legal nature of the institute of the highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation, defense in 2028).

He started his career in the Youth Government of the Sverdlovsk region as a vice-chairman. In 2023-2025 — Chief Expert of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia: He participated in the development of presidential decrees on national targets and the assessment of governors, supervised the national SME project, prepared government resolutions and development programs for 10 regions.

In 2025-2026, he was a project manager in the Moscow Government: he developed strategies for the aircraft industry, the electric car industry, and the rocket and space industry, attracted more than 50 billion rubles of budget financing, and participated in the formation of the Bioeconomics national project.

Since 2026 — in the Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals: project manager for cooperation with government authorities. He provided state accreditation for the Cosmos Technopark, prepared applications for federal subsidies, included the main settlements in Resolution No. 493, and participated in the development of the Sverdlovsk Region's Investment Strategy until 2035.

At the same time, he is a visiting lecturer at the Higher School of Economics. Author of 85 scientific publications and 3 monographs. Scholarship holder of the President and Government of the Russian Federation. Expert of the State Council, member of the Free Economic Society, lecturer of the Russian Society "Znanie". He was awarded with commendations from federal and regional leaders.
