Background

He graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. Qualification: engineer specializing in Fire Safety.

Since 2011, he has been developing measures to ensure the fire safety of facilities of various classes of functional fire hazard. Since 2013, he has been conducting an inspection of buildings and structures to assess the compliance of facilities with fire safety requirements.

Since 2015, he has been developing special technical specifications for facilities, including:

• Mercedes-Benz RUS JSC Plant;
• residential and multifunctional buildings in the ZILART complex (Moscow);
• Moscow State Academic Children's Musical Theater named after N.I. Sats";
• hotel complexes with apartments;
• MFC "Lakhta-center";
• MTRC "Central Core" in MIBC Moscow City (Afimall shopping center);

Since 2016, he has been leading a working group that develops documentation on fire safety, including STU, for facilities:

• multifunctional cinema and concert hall of the Moscow City International Film and Entertainment Center;
• transport hubs of the Moscow Railway;
• Multifunctional office and recreation complex "Federation", Tower "A" Vostok;
• Multifunctional administrative and business complex, located at Moscow, site No. 17-18 of the Moscow City Shopping Center;
• MEGA Teply Stan;
• Production and logistics complex. Avtotor plant, Kaliningrad.
• Tamping towers of the Severstal coal charge.
